DNSサーバのIP変更後にCIFS共有にアクセスできない

環境

問題

 環境でDNSサーバのIPを変更すると、CIFSアクセスが次のEMSエラーで失敗します。
 
2/26/2024 12:45:46  cluster-02 ERROR     secd.cifsAuth.problem: vserver (vs1) General CIFS authentication problem. Error: User authentication procedure failed
CIFS SMB2 Share mapping - Client Ip = 10.9.7.57
  [  0 ms] Login attempt by domain user 'example\007' using NTLMv2 style security
  [  2008] Failed to connect to 10.0.0.3 for DNS via Source Address 10.9.1.3: Operation timed out
**[  2008] FAILURE: Unable to contact DNS to discover domain controllers.
  [  2009] Unable to make a connection (NetLogon:example.COM), result: 6812
  [  2009] CIFS authentication failed
