SPEとAV ConnectorをEMSでアップグレードしたあと、Vscanサーバが接続に失敗する：vscanBadUserPrivAccess

環境

  • ONTAP 9
  • SPE（Security Policy Engine）バージョン10.9.2
  • AV Connector バージョン1.0.7

問題

  • VscanサーバとAVコネクタをアップグレードしたあと、VscanサーバをONTAPシステムに接続できませんでした。
  • ウイルス対策スキャンが実行されておらず、次のEMSログエラーが確認されました：
[node4:kernel:Nblade.vscanBadUserPrivAccess:error]: For Vserver "svm", the attempt to connect to the privileged ONTAP_ADMIN$ share by the client "xx.xx.xx.xx" is rejected because its logged-in user "domain\\\\machine-account$" is not configured in any of the Vserver active scanner pools.
