FabricPool aggrの削除後にS3サーバがONTAPから多数のリスト要求を受信する

問題
- ファブリックプールアグリゲートを削除したあと、ONTAPからオブジェクトストレージ（HCP）で多数のGET（リスト）要求が受信され、オブジェクトストアのパフォーマンスが大幅に低下しました。
ONTAP started sending tons of HTTP listing requests causing them other issues.

- 削除されたアグリゲートの下に存在していたFlexGroupメンバーで大量のデータが階層化されていました。

- ファブリックプールアグリゲートが削除される前に、最適化されていないボリューム移動を実行してデータを（ローカルアグリゲートに）再配置したため、このボリュームの階層化データはそのまま（オブジェクトストア）に残りました。ファブリックプールアグリゲートが削除されると、 クリーンアップが開始されます。
