EシリーズのサポートデータをSMcliクライアントから収集できないが、SANtricity Storage Managerから収集できない

  • Eシリーズ
  • SANtricity OS 11.60

問題

以下のSMcliコマンドをストレージアレイ名を使用して実行すると、ストレージアレイプロファイルが保存され、次のエラーメッセージが表示されます。

SMcli -S -k -n NODE_NAME -u admin -P PATH_TO_PASSWORD_FILE -c "save storageArray supportData file=\"supportdata.7z\" force=TRUE;"

エラー メッセージ:

Unable to open the specified file. Please make sure this file has its read and write permissions enabled and is not being exclusively used by another application.
The command at line 1 that caused the error is:
save storageArray supportData file="c:/logs.7z";
Script execution halted due to error.
SMcli failed.
