Hybrid Cloud Control ( HCC )を使用した管理サービスの更新

問題

  • HCC を使用した管理サービスの更新が失敗して次のエラーメッセージが表示されます。
    The management services upgrade was unsuccessful. Please ensure your management node has internet access and try again.
  • HCC を使用してダウンロードしたパッケージファイルを使用した管理サービスの更新が 100% を超えないため、概要を使用して 100% で停止する:
    Uploading and validating package...
  • [1]mnode_mnode HCC から収集された GET / logs および管理ログ(サービスログ)を使用して収集された API ( Swagger UI - https://mNodeIP/mnode )のログには次のエラーが含まれます:
    <DATE TIME> ERROR   [services_api.py:1071] 403 Client Error: Forbidden for url: https://akamai.bintray.com/37/.... (簡略化のために省略)
