ONTAP 9

問題

  • クラスタ内の1つ以上のノードが、HTTP / HTTPSを使用したAutoSupport の送信に次のエラーが発生して失敗します。

::*> system autosupport history show -node * -fields node ,seq-num ,status ,error ,destination
node      seq-num destination status          error

Node1-01 10903   smtp        sent-successful      
Node1-01 10903   http        transmission-failed Failed to connect to XX.XX.45.10 port 80: Operation timed out

  • notifyd.logのエラー:

::> node run -node <node_name> -command rdfile /etc/log/mlog/notifyd.log

次のメッセージから開始して、真のエラーメッセージまで作業します。

message: Closing connection 0

HTTP

(message:   Trying XX.XX.45.10:80...)
(message: Failed to connect to XX.XX.45.10 port 80: Operation timed out)

  • XX.XX.45.10 はプロキシIPです。
