問題

CIFS共有には、Windows 8とWindows Server 2012を除くすべてのクライアントからアクセスできます。

Windows 8または2012を使用しているすべてのクライアントが影響を受けます。

クライアントは、WAN接続を介したリモートユーザではありません。問題 はリモートユーザにも影響する可能性がありますが、ローカルユーザも同様に影響を受ける必要があります。

ストレージシステムでSMBバージョン2.0以降が有効になっている。

セッションの開始中にパケットトレースがキャプチャされた場合、トレースには署名付きioctl要求FSCTL_VALIDATE_NEGOTIATE_INFOが表示され、その後に署名なしioctl応答が表示されることがあります。交換の直後に、クライアントからTCPリセットが送信されます。

パケットトレースには、場合によってはわずかに異なるパターンが表示されることがあります。この問題は、ネゴシエーションの別のポイントで発生する可能性があります。次のフィルタは、ABLEフィルタに問題が表示されない場合に問題を特定するのに役立ちます。必要に応じて、データの確認についてサポートにお問い合わせください。
