コネクタがプロキシとして使用されている場合、Azure HA CVOからHTTP/HTTPS経由でASUPSを送信できません

- Microsoft Azure
- ハイアベイラビリティ（HA）：
- AutoSupport （ ASUP ）
- Squidプロキシ
問題
AzureでCVO HAのASUP HTTP / HTTPS配信が失敗し、次のいずれかのエラーが発生します：

Detail: HTTP/S PUT connectivity check failed for destination:
https://support.netapp.com/put/AsupPut/ via proxy - xx.xx.xx.xx:3128. Error: Possible Proxy Authentication issue.
