アップグレード後にCVOノードをブートできない

環境

• Cloud Volumes ONTAP（CVO）
• Microsoft Azure
• ソフトウェア アップグレード
• インスタンスタイプ

問題

CVOノードのアップグレード後、次のエラーでノードをブートできません：

Mounting from msdosfs:/dev/da0s2 failed with error 19. Uptime: 2m57s System rebooting...

Cloud Managerのタイムラインで次のエラーが表示されます。

仮想マシンのシリアルコンソールには、次の情報が表示されます。
