Cloud Manager から SnapMirror レプリケーションを設定できません

問題
- Cloud Manager GUI から SnapMirror レプリケーションを実行しようとすると、「
The existing cluster peer relationship between UUID and UUID is not valid: The peer cluster on the source cluster is pending while on the destination cluster it is available. 」というエラーが報告されます。
- CVO ログの「タイムライン
Pending」に移動し、「レプリケーション VSA の作成」を展開すると、クラスタの可用性がと報告されます。
- CLI を使用して SnapMirror 関係を手動で設定すると、一部の状況で機能することがあります。
