カスタム SSL 証明書のインストール後、Element Cluster UI が読み込まれない

環境

• Element Software バージョン 12.0
• PKCS#1 でエンコードされたカスタム SSL 証明書

問題

PKCS#1 でエンコードされたカスタム証明書をインストールした後、クラスター UI が完全に読み込まれなくなります。

具体的には、UI フレームワークがページで読み込みを開始しますが、次のいずれかの条件が存在します：

• 個々のウィジェットには、通常のクラスター情報ではなく、エラーメッセージ（例： "Unable to load widget: API error "GetClusterStats: Authentication is not ready to service requests yet"）が表示されます
  • 例：

• ウィジェットは表示されず、代わりに次のエラーが表示されます："We are having trouble communicating with your cluster. Error -3: Something went wrong. Unable to communicate with the Element Authentication Service"
