セカンダリスライスが存在しないためにプライマリスライスをノードから移動できない場合は、 Element のアップグレードが失敗します

問題

• すべてのプライマリスライスを別のノードでホストされているセカンダリスライスに移動できない場合は、Elementソフトウェアを実行しているノードのアップグレードを続行できません。  
• /var/log/sf-master.infomNodeのsfinstallエラーメッセージが表示されます
