「 cluster-switch show 」コマンドの出力から、 2 つのクラスタスイッチのいずれかを認識できません

環境

  • ONTAP 9
  • クラスタスイッチヘルスモニタ( CSHM )

問題

  • どちらのクラスタスイッチも正常に動作していますが cluster-switch show、コマンド出力に一方のスイッチが表示されません。
  • system cluster-switch showコマンドから表示できるスイッチ情報は1つだけです

     例:

        Cluster::> system cluster-switch show -instance

               Device Name: switch(XXXXXXXXXXX)
             IP Address: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
           SNMP Version: SNMPv2c
          Is Discovered: true
        Community String: cshm1!
           Model Number: NX5596
          Switch Network: cluster-network
      Software Version: Cisco Nexus Operating System (NX-OS) Software, Version 7.1(1)N1(1)
  Reason For Not Monitoring:
  Source Of Switch Version: CDP
       Is Monitored ?: true
Serial Number of the Device: Unknown

  • から cdpd show-neighbors両方のスイッチ情報を確認できます。

     例:

Cluster::> run -node * cdpd show-neighbors -v

      Local Port: e4a
     Capabilities: Switch, IGMP
       Platform: N5K-C5596UP
     Remote Port: Ethernet1/1
