説明

  • 少数のユーザの場合は、ネットワーク接続の制限により、AutoSupportメッセージが自動的に送信されないことがあります。
  • ただし、テクニカルサポートがシステム障害を効率的にトラブルシューティングしたり、Active IQを使用してシステムデータを表示したりするために、AutoSupportデータが必要になる場合があります。
  • たとえば、Upgrade Advisorでは、レポートを作成する前にAutoSupportデータをアップロードする必要があります。

手順

収集オプション

既存のAutoSupportの収集
  1.  再送信または収集するAutoSupportメッセージのシーケンス番号を特定します。

::>system node autosupport history show -fields subject,generated-on -node <nodename>

  1. 必要なすべてのAutoSupportメッセージをルート・ボリューム内のローカル・ファイルに再送信して、アーカイブ・ファイル形式に変換します(.7z)。

::>system node autosupport history retransmit -node <nodename> -seq-num ### -uri file:///mroot/etc/log/retransmit/body.7z

新しいAutoSupportの呼び出し
  1. これにより、最新のコンテンツが提供されます。

::>system node autosupport invoke -node <nodename> -type all -message "invoke.all" -uri file:///mroot/etc/log/retransmit/body.7z

 

AutoSupportのアップロード

  1. HTTPS Web SPIインターフェイスを使用してファイルをダウンロードする

https://<cluster_mgmt_IP>/spi/<node_name>/etc/log/retransmit/

  1. Active IQ AutoSupportアップロード ページに移動し、  ボタンをクリックします。 .7z ダウンロードしたファイルを選択します。

注意: ファイル名にはアルファベットが1文字以上含まれている必要があります。例: a2000123456.7z

  1. アップロードが Success 完了すると、アップロードステータスがに変わります。

ONTAP 9でAutoSupport メッセージを手動でアップロードします

注:

  • 一度に複数のファイルをアップロードする場合。ファイルには別の名前を付ける必要があります。
  • 週末や処理のピーク時には、最大120分かかることがあります。
  • AutoSupport 7zファイルが25MBを超える場合は、 NetApp認証ファイルのアップロードを使用
