NFS TCPマウントが「portmapクエリの再試行:RPC:タイムアウト」で失敗します。ONTAP でFlexGroupを使用するとタイムアウトになります

問題

  • TCPを使用するNFS v3およびv4のマウントが失敗する/ハングアップする:

[root@rhel_admin tmp]# mount -v  ap01s05nas01.sce05.ap01.arm.com:/net05_homes/net05_homes /tmp/net05_homes/

  • ポートマッパーがタイムアウトするというエラーで「rpcinfo -p」エラーが発生します。
 
[root@rhel_admin /]# rpcinfo -p 10.xx.yy.10
rpcinfo: can't contact portmapper: RPC: Timed out
 
  • UDPを使用するNFS v3マウントには影響しません
  • LIFを他のノードに移行する場合、TCPマウントは正常に機能します。
