550 5.7.1リレーできないため、ONTAPからAutoSupport電子メールを受信できない

• 「system autosupport history show -seq-num ### -instance 」コマンドを使用して特定のシーケンスを確認し、Last Error がFailed sending data to the peer であることを確認します。

詳細なエラーメッセージは  、notifyd.log がAutoSupportサブシステムに記録したエラーを/mroot/etc/log/mlog/notifyd.logで確認するか、 組織の メールホストログを確認することで確認できます。

notifyd.logの確認方法

Run Command
::> node run -node (node name) -command rdfile /etc/log/mlog/notifyd.log
