SPN の設定に誤りがあるため、DNS エイリアス経由で CIFS にアクセスできません

環境

• ONTAP 9
• CIFS

問題

• クライアントがDNSエイリアスを使用してCIFSサーバにアクセスできません。
• エクスプローラとDNSエイリアスを使用して共有にアクセスしようとすると、次のメッセージが表示されます：

Network Error
Windows cannot access \\DNS_Alias\share_name
Check the spelling of the name. Otherwise, there might be a problem with your network. To try to identify and resolve network problems, click Diagnose.
Error code: 0x800004005
Unspecified error

• イベント ビューはKRB5KRB_AP_ERR_BAD_INTEGRITY.のエントリを作成します
• パケット トレースは、Session Setup Request. に対するONTAPからの応答としてKRB5KRB_AP_ERR_MODIFIEDまたはKRB_AP_ERR_MODIFIEDを表示します
