ボリューム移動処理が失敗し、EMSログに次のエラーが記録されます。

The volume move operation with ID 'XXXXXX' on volume 'volA' on Vserver 'vs0' to destination aggregate 'aggr1' did not cut over because: 'Volume is not quiesced'

「cleaning_up」フェーズで停止しています。
