vol moveコマンドがソフト保留状態でスタックし、失敗する

環境

• ONTAP 9
• ボリューム移動

問題

• volume moveコマンドが進行せず、失敗します
• job showボリューム移動のコマンドは次のように表示されます：

sim3::*> job show -id 19 -fields progress 

id vserver progress

time to complete cutover is greater than the cutover window that can be tolerated by the user'. After a short delay,
the volume move operation reattempts to enter the cutover phase
