検証

1. SANtricityストレージマネージャまたはSANtricityシステムマネージャにログインします。
2. SANtricityで次のいずれかのエラーメッセージがRecovery Guruに報告されることを確認します。DRAWER_DEGRADED-Recovery Failure Type Code: 393
3. メジャーイベントログ（MEL）が

   • A:12/22/21 12:07:56 PM (11:07:56) 401865 285f A drawer in the tray has become degraded - Tray 1, Drawer 3 <--CRITICAL

4. [ハードウェア] タブでドロワーがデグレードと表示されていることを確認する
5. のドロワーのステータスを確認します Storage array profile。

   • 例：

解決策

1. コントローラがデグレードまたは障害状態になった場合など、このイベントが原因になるハードウェアの問題が発生していないことを確認します。
2. ドロワーとシャーシの間のフレックスケーブル（SASスネークケーブル）を抜き差ししてみます。
3.  [1] 再装着できなかった場合はドロワーの交換が必要になる可能性があるため、NetAppテクニカルサポートに連絡してください。
