EMSログで「sp.userlist.update.failed" error on SP 5.x」と報告される

環境

• AFF A300、AFF A200
• FAS8200、FAS2650、FAS2620
• サービスプロセッサファームウェア5.8以前のバージョン

問題

• EMSログで次のエラーが報告されます。

例：

• SP設定情報が「unknownon」になりますsysconfig -a。
