EMS ログ「splogd は degraded mode で実行されており、SP FW から splog を取得するのが困難です」 - MotherBoard 通信の問題

環境

• FAS
• AFF
• Baseboard Management Controller（BMC）または Service Processor（SP）

問題

• EMS ログにエラーが報告されています：

splog.warnings: Could not retrieve logs from the SP for 24 hours: splogd is running in degraded mode and having difficulty getting splogs from the SP FW

• BMC/SPの再起動では問題は解決しません：

cluster::> system service-processor reboot-sp -node <nodename>

• EMS ログにもエラーが報告されます：

spmgmt.driver.timeout: Unable to update SP network information at this time

• sysconfig -a BMCまたはSPの出力は unknownとしてマークされます：
