問題

Trident PVS を Kubernetes クラスタ内のポッドにマウントすると、以下のようなトレースが Trident ログに表示されます。

Volume has not been added to the list of VolumesInUse in the node's volume status for volume \\\pvc-xxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxx-xx
