Tridentバージョン22.07以前

問題

旧バージョンのTridentをバージョン22.07以前にアップグレードした場合、次のエラーが発生してtrident-plugin-pluginが 起動しません。
 
$ sudo docker plugin enable netapp:latest
Error response from daemon: dial unix
/run/docker/plugins/9f665e60b2aefd79d2cd4fbf0897be929796fe6a964a076167a115d5f22befb4/netapp.sock: connect: no such file or directory
