Tridentバックエンドでエラー400 Bad Requestが発生しました。

環境

  • NetApp Astra Trident
  • NetApp ONTAP 9.x

問題

  • 新しいTrident PVCを作成できない、または新しいポッドがTrident PVCをマウントできない
  • Tridentバックエンドが  FAILEDステータスで表示される
  • バックエンドを更新しようとすると、次のエラーメッセージが表示されて失敗しました。

    Error: could not update backend Backend_name: problem initializing storage driver 'ontap-nas': error initializing ontap-nas driver; could not create Data ONTAP API client: error creating ONTAP API client: error reading SVM details: Post "https://svm_mgmt_IP/servlets/netapp.servlets.admin.XMLrequest_filer": EOF (400 Bad Request)
    command terminated with exit code 1
