環境

  • BlueXPのバックアップとリカバリ(旧称Cloud Backup Service)
  • Microsoft Azure

問題

  • オンプレミスのONTAPボリュームからAzureオブジェクトストレージへのクラウドバックアップが失敗し、以下のようないくつかのエラーが表示されます。

ERROR smc.snapmir.update.fail: Snapmirror update from source volume <source_name>' to destination volume '<destination_name>' failed with error 'Transfer failed.(Filesystem error(Failure to perform I/O with the capacity tier. Retry the operation))

  • 次のエラーがONTAP ems.logに表示されます。

[CVO: OscLowPriThreadPool: object.store.unavailable:debug]: Unable to connect to the object store "<object_store_name>" from node. Reason: Access denied

[CVO: secd: secd.dns.server.timed.out:debug]: DNS server <DNS_IP_address> did not respond to vserver = admin Vserver within timeout interval.
