  • SnapCenter Plug-in for VMware 4.9(SCV)
  • SnapCenter Cloud Backup for VM(SCS)
  • BlueXP

問題

OnPrem iSCSIデータストアを保護するためにBlueXP  のVMバックアップを使用してOnPrem iSCSIデータストアをクラウドにミラーリングしようとするとエラーが生成され、ミラー関係は正常な関係のままになります。

関係を再作成しても、同じエラーが発生します。

報告されたエラーは次のとおりです。
Failed to protect volumename: vol2, volume uuid: XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX, svm name:  uuid:  , and application ID: XXXXXXXXXXXXXX with error: The volume does not exist in any of the working environments for volume name: vol2 and volume uuid: XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX%!(EXTRA string=, string=).

また、このデータストアのバックアップをリスト表示するときに表示されるその他のエラーは次のとおりです。

Failed to fetch the data. Http failure response for https://cloudmanager.cloud.netapp.com/account/account-XXX/providers/cloudmanager_snapcenter/api/v2/scs-hybrid/virtualresources/XXX/backups?numberOfDays=null&ofset=0&limit=50: 0Unknown Error
