  • BlueXP Backup & Recovery（旧称Cloud Backup Service）
  • Cloud Volumes ONTAP（CVO）
  • Microsoft Azure

問題

CVOのCloud Backup Serviceの初期セットアップが失敗し、BlueXPのタイムラインに次のエラーが表示されます。
 

Error:Failed to back up working environment. Failed to configure object storage. Cannot verify availability of the object store from node CVOnode-01. Reason: Hostname "<object-storage-name>" cannot be resolved. Check the spelling of the hostname and check the systems DNS availability using the "vserver services name-service dns check" command.
