Cloud Insights(CI)

問題

  • Cloud Insight(CI)のURLにログオンして以下のエラー/スクリーンショットのいずれかを取得する場合は、NetAppサポートでユーザの入力が重複していないかどうかを確認する必要があります。
     
  • エラー:
    Cloud Insights
    We encountered a problem accessing your Cloud Insights site.
    Please try again later.
    Please contact NetApp customer support or visit the NetApp support site for more information


    例1エラー:アカウントの重複

  • エラー
    Oops! Something went wrong.
    The provided email address is already associated with Cloud Central user login credentials. You'll need to log in
    with this email address and the password that you created. Using multiple login methods with the same email
    address is not supported.

    https://mysupport.netapp.com/site/help
    Close detailed error message
    access_denied: with email already exists via
    regular signup or SSO federation
