Azure Connectorを導入できませんでした。プロキシ設定が適用されていません

問題
- コネクターの作成が次のエラーで失敗しました。

- Azure Marketplaceからコネクタを作成しようとしましたが、クラウドマネージャへの登録中に「インターネットに接続できませんでした」というエラーで失敗しました。
