Cloud Volumes ONTAP BYOL ライセンスが Cloud Manager で更新されず、「 License not found in the cot manifest 」というエラーメッセージが表示される

環境

• Cloud Manager
• Cloud Volume ONTAP （ CVO ） 9.7.x
• Microsoft Azure / GCP
• ノードベースのライセンス
• BYOL です

問題

• CVO のクラスタシェルで次 Expiration のコマンドを実行すると、同じライセンス / シリアル番号が期限切れでない日付に関連付けられていても、フィールドには期限切れの日付が表示されます。

• Cloud Manager 内で同じ CVO の作業環境を入力し、 その後ボリュームタブを選択すると、赤いバナーが表示されて次のメッセージが表示されます。

An error occurred while retrieving volumes for working environment <cvo-name>: InvalidMetadataException. Could not determine configuration for vsa <cvo-name>, region <region>. License not found in the cot manifest.
