CPU 数が不足しているため、オンプレミスの Cloud Manager のインストールがハングします
環境
- OnPrem Cloud Manager （ OCCM ）
- CentOS 7.9
- VMware 仮想マシン
問題
- オンプレミス OCCM のインストール は成功しません
- 最後の手順でインストールがハングします
