問題

Azureに導入したCloud Volume ONTAP は、自動シャットダウン時間が経過してもタイムラインに以下のエラーが表示されて起動しません。
 
Error:The scope '/subscriptions/<id>/resourceGroups/<rg-name>/providers/Microsoft.Compute/virtualMachines/<VM-name>'  
cannot perform write operation because following scope(s) are locked: '/subscriptions/<id>/resourcegroups/<rg-name>'. Please remove the lock and try again. Code: ScopeLocked
