問題

お客様がネットアップサポートサイトからライセンスファイルをダウンロードできませんでした。ライセンスをダウンロードしようとすると、次のメッセージが表示されます。Error: This NSS account isn't authorized to access the serial number. Select a different account or add a new account by clicking Help > Support > NSS Management
