AWS S3がソースまたはターゲットとして関与しているとBlueXPのコピーと同期で同期関係を作成できない

問題
- AWS S3をターゲットとする同期関係を作成しようとしたときにdatabrokerを選択すると失敗し、次のエラーが表示されます。
A group without any data broker that has AWS credentials can't be used in a relationship that includes an S3 bucket
- タイムラインに表示される以下のエラー：
"message": "The broker doesn't have aws credentials to copy to or from S3"
