問題

お客様から、AHRスケジュールが  以前に設定されていた日次スケジュールからすべて手動に戻ったと報告されています。その結果、AHRが1か月も稼働しなかったため、環境に導入された新しいデバイスが特定されず、最終的にチャージバックに影響しました。
