問題

クラスタ証明書の更新後、クラスタのCloud InsightsまたはOnCommand Insightの監視が失敗します。

Cloud Insights UIのエラー：

Error retrieving data: Failed to execute request: Failed to parse server certificates: cluster-identity-get|||

OnCommand Insight UIのエラー：

Internal error: No cluster model exists.

Cloud Insights Acquisition Unitで記録ファイルを確認する場合は、次の手順を実行します。

/opt/netapp/cloudinsights/logs/acq/v2_93_<datasource id>_<date>_<time>_foundation_<cluster_name_or_ip>.zip/root/log_sample.log
