Data Infrastructure Insights(DII)(旧称Cloud Insights)

問題

  • Data Infrastructure Insights(DII)URLにログオンしようとして、以下のエラー/スクリーンショットのいずれかが表示される場合、NetAppサポートが重複ユーザーエントリを確認する必要があります。

 

  • エラー:

Data Infrastructure Insights
We encountered a problem accessing your Data Infrastructure Insights site.
Please try again later.
Please contact NetApp customer support or visit the NetApp support site for more information

 

  • エラー:

Data Infrastructure Insights
We encountered a problem accessing your Data Infrastructure Insights tenant.
Access Denied.
Please contact NetApp customer support or visit the NetApp support site for more information.

  • エラー
    Oops! Something went wrong.
    The provided email address is already associated with Cloud Central user login credentials. You'll need to log in
    with this email address and the password that you created. Using multiple login methods with the same email
    address is not supported.

    access_denied: with email already exists via
    regular signup or SSO federation
