  • BlueXPコネクタ
  • Cloud Volumes ONTAP（CVO）

問題

  • AutoSupportが NetApp Support Siteで受信されない。
  •  手動で作成したAutoSupportで次のエラーを確認します。
  • notifydログ
 ERR: AutoSupport::StatusCheck: Connectivity check to HTTPS PUT destination failed (Timeout was reached) with root CA path: /mroot/etc/vserver_4294967295/certificates/ssl/serverCa ERR: AutoSupport::StatusCheck: Connection timed out after 10011 milliseconds
