ログが同期されていないため、Azure Cloud Volumes ONTAP のテイクオーバーが実行不可

問題
- コンソールでAzure CVO HAがデグレードしている
- インターコネクトエラーが原因でフェイルオーバーできないことを示すEMSエラーがあります
