ONTAP 9.14.1へのアップグレード時にAzureのCloud Volumes ONTAPがブートしない

環境

• Cloud Volumes ONTAP（CVO）
• Azure
• ONTAP 9.7P4以前に導入

問題

• ONTAPをONTAP 9.14.1にアップグレードすると、ノードが適切にブートしません。
• 初回ブート時に、シリアルコンソールに次のエラーが表示されます。

 g_uzip_do: error 7 detected when inflating Uptime: 3m7s System rebooting..

• その後リブートを試行しても、シリアルコンソールに出力が表示されません。
