シングルノードの Azure インスタンスが停止しているため、コンソールからのブート時に再びシャットダウンされる

問題
Azure で発行されたバックエンドアップグレード後に Azure のシングルノードインスタンスがオフラインになり、ノードがリカバリされませんでした。
Azureのサイドログから、お客様に次のアラートが表示されることがあります。
