Azureメンテナンスが原因でCVOがテイクオーバーされたときにktls.failed:noticeが検出されます

問題
- 以下の問題は、Azure 側のメンテナンスにより CVO ノードが引き継がれた場合に発生します。
- BlueXP：
Degraded - Show Details
HA cluster is not highly available.The node giveback was not completed. - EMS Log：
ktls.failed: "The TLS connections have failed several times with remote host 'xx.xx.xx.xx' in IPspace 'xxxxxx', for which the latest reason given is: OpenSSL: error:0A000086:SSL routines::certificate verify failed."
- BlueXP：
- Azureのメンテナンス期間が2日間の場合、EMSログも次のエラーを報告します：
object.store.unavailable: Unable to connect to the object store "StorageAccount" from node <NODE-ID>. Reason: Connection unavailable.
