  • BlueXP
  • Cloud Backup Services（CBS）

問題

  • BlueXP > バックアップと復元タブが空白でエラーが表示されます：ForbiddenまたはCanvas is empty
  • バックアップは設定済みで正常に動作していました
  • Failure when checking deployment status, java.util.concurrent.TimeoutException: Request timeout to not-connected after 5000 msエラーがSERVER.LOGに表示されています
  • Failed to receive signing key JwksError: ForbiddenおよびReceived error status: undefined and error message: Forbidden on request: GET...エラーがCBS.LOGに表示されています
