BlueXP およびOnPremコネクタのService Managerを自動的にアップグレードできない
環境

問題
- BlueXP Connectorはアクティブではありませんが、VMはオンラインです
- サービスマネージャのアップグレード タスクが現在のバージョンから新しいバージョンへのアップグレードに失敗したことを報告するBlueXP タイムライン
- サービスマネージャの自動アップグレードが失敗し、サービスマネージャのログに次のエラーが記録されます。
