REST APIを使用するように設定されていても、Cinderでは廃止されたZAPIが引き続き使用されます。

The get_flexvol_dedupe_used_percent call is not supported for REST, falling back to ZAPI.

The get_snapshots_marked_for_deletion call is not supported for REST, falling back to ZAPI.
