問題

  • OpenStackのスナップショットを作成しようとすると、Device busyエラーで操作が失敗します。
  • OpenStackvolume.logで、次のエラーが表示されます：Exception during message handling: NaApiError: NetApp API failed. Reason - 16:Clone operation failed to start: Device busy..
  • ONTAP emsログで、次のエラーが表示されます：File clone create of clone file <file> from source file <file> in volume <vol> failed with device-busy error. Reason: Backpressure failure
