問題

オンプレミスでBlueXP  Connectorを再インストールした後、  AzureストレージアカウントでホストされているクラウドバックアップからのBlueXP  バックアップとリカバリのファイル/フォルダのリストア処理 が次のエラーで失敗します。
 
No Connectivity
We can't complete this process because there is no connectivity.
Return to the Dashboard and retry the Restore operation at a later time.
Failed to start file explore. The requested resource could not be found but may be available again in the
future.
