問題

組織管理者の役割を持つ BlueXP ユーザーは、以下のエラーが返されるため、 BlueXP > 設定 > サポート > ケース管理BlueXPケースを作成できません

"You are not authorized to create a case against the selected service. You can select another NSS account to create a case against, or you can exit this window and log in to BlueXP using different credentials that are authorized on the selected serial number"
