NSS/SSOクレデンシャルを使用してBlueXP / Data Infrastructure Insightsにログインできない

環境

• BlueXP （旧称Cloud Manager）
• Data Infrastructure Insights（DII）（旧称Cloud Insights）
• NetApp Support Site（NSS）クレデンシャル
• シングルサインオン（SSO）

問題

• NetApp Support Siteクレデンシャルを使用してData Infrastructure Insightsにログインしようとすると、エラーが発生して失敗します。

Oops! Something went wrong.
The provided email address was already registered using the "Sign in with NetApp" option. You’ll need to log in using that option. Using multiple login methods with the same email address is not supported.

• NSS/SSOクレデンシャルを使用してBlueXP / Cloud Managerにログインしようとすると、次のエラーが表示されて失敗します。
