  • Data Infrastructure Insights(DII)(旧Cloud Insights)
  • NetApp Support Site(NSS)クレデンシャル
  • シングルサインオン(SSO)

問題

  • NetApp Support Siteのクレデンシャルを使用してData Infrastructure Insightsにログインしようとすると、エラーが発生して失敗します。

Oops! Something went wrong.
The provided email address was already registered using the "Sign in with NetApp" option. You’ll need to log in using that option. Using multiple login methods with the same email address is not supported.

例:
Unable to log in to BlueXP/Cloud Insights using NSS/SSO credentials

  • NSS/SSO 資格情報を使用して BlueXP/Cloud Manager にログインしようとすると、次のエラーが発生して失敗します:

Oops! Something went wrong. The provided email address is already associated with Cloud Central user login credentials. 
you'll need to log in with this email address and password that you created. Using multiple login methods with the same email address is not supported.
